Before-class checklist

Set up the projector, confirm the join code, and test one response.

Choose a format based on the classroom decision you need to make.

Know what belongs on the instructor screen, projector, and student phone.

Ten minutes before class

Do this once in the actual room. The projector and campus network are part of the product experience.

Check the class title and the prepared activities.

Put it on the projector and confirm you can see the join code from the back row.

Use mobile data once if campus Wi-Fi access is uncertain.

Send one test response
Confirm the instructor console and projector update.

Make sure the old join code closes, then start the real session.
